We are extremely troubled to report that the City is allowing the developer to re-submit an application to Rezone and Develop 2424.  First and most importantly, we encourage EVERYONE to show up or call-in and share your objections.

The Appeals case is still pending, and we believe that the developer is not eligible to re-apply for a year after the final decision as the code states.  You can see the objections we raised below.  A team of dedicated volunteers have been working to object, on many grounds, to this again.  Once it is available, we will share the presentation here.  We hate to ask, but your donations are necessary to give us a chance of stopping this irresponsible growth which risks our public safety as well as disrupts a critical Big Horn Sheep habitat.  Please do take a second to give.  It all adds up.  Thank you for being such a great neighbor.
