Evacuation Route Maps

Mill Valley Example of Best Practices.  This is what our city should be providing.  Mill Valley provides a general map identifying safe areas for when people get trapped, AND, they also subdivide the city into 4 other areas.  In both cases, primary and secondary routes are identified.  These maps are all mailed to every resident and posted on their website.  We believe they should also be given out by hotels for visitors who are highly likely to get disoriented in a major fire causing traffic problems during an evacuation.
