Kettle Creek North Planning Commission Appeal

On July 13th, City Council voted to send the Appeal by developers back to the Planning Commission after Councilman Wayne Williams sweetened the deal by adding items like a fire station, WUI code building standards (which we already have) and a potential road connectivity.  Still, Kettle Creek has one road in and out which poses a serious threat in case of a fire emergency.  The next meeting will be for the Planning Commission to review the plan in light of Councilman Williams' suggestions.
